授权书LOA印尼大使馆认证

关于印尼LOA授权书印尼大使馆认证
出口印尼之前印尼进口商需要做进口备案，这个进口备案需要一份文件做认证，这份文件EXPORTER STATEMENT LETTER这份文件的目的主要是做出口商授权，这份文件而且还需要做印尼大使馆认证，主要印尼要求这份授权书做印尼大使馆认证，如果没有做印尼大使馆认证的话这份授权书也是无效；

印尼授权书内容如下：

1. The non hazardous and toxic waste as industrial raw material to be exported :

1. Does not come from landfill activities;
2. Is not rubbish and is not mixed with rubbish;
3. Is not contaiminated of hazardous & toxic and is not hazardous & toxic waste;
4. Is homogeneous.

 

2. We are ready to held responasible and receive again the exported waste if it has been proven not in accordance to the point 1  (1.A Until 1.D) above.
