阿尔及利亚自由销售市场填写要求

关于认证出口阿尔及利亚自由销售市场证明要求通知
          近期阿尔及利亚等国要求企业在开信用证之前，须到银行备案经贸促会认证的格式。 根据中国国际贸易促进委员会商事认证中心要求，现将具体操作细则通知如下。
以下是阿尔及利亚自由销售证书格式：

Certificate of free marketing in the country of origin and / or provenance of products exported to Algeria.

⁽⁶⁾ : country of origin and / or provenance.

          该备案格式的填制要求如下：一、格式中的（2）至（6）栏都按照填制说明填写，栏目（1）授权主管机构以及右下角授权机构落款处留白，不要填写任何信息；二、企业印章一律盖在左下方空白处；三、HS CODE须根据实际出货报关的信息填写!
          申请认证该备案格式需提供的佐证资料如下：企业营业执照、产品生产许可证、发票、报关单或产地证以及该格式中企业所涉及的符合并获得的国际标准的证书复印件等。
这个阿尔及利亚的文件是目前最新的一种阿尔及利亚官方的格式，贸促会总会对该文件认证要求是，企业在文件上面左下角空白处盖企业自己公司印章,然后提交贸促会做成国际商事证明书形式认证,贸促会机构认证所附文件上面企业所盖的印章属实;不可以在这个文件上单独加盖
