阿尔及利亚银行备案文件

相信很多经常出口阿尔及利亚的中国出口商现在出口时，会收到他们的新要求，这个要求便是提供Certificate of free marketing in the country of origin and / or provenance of products exported to Algeria.给他们，在交易之前贸易之前需要提供这份文件给阿尔及利亚银行去做备案记录，备案之后银行才能转款给中国的出口商，中国的出口商的货物在到阿尔及利亚港口时，才能够清关提货；

这个文件的中文叫做自由销售证明，因为是出口阿尔及利亚专用的，所以也叫阿尔及利亚自由销售市场证明，英文简称叫CFS证书，由中国出口商按照阿尔及利亚进口商的要求填写文件，然后送到中国国际贸易促进委员会去认证，做成商事证明书之后再邮寄给国外，由国外银行接收，银行收到文件之后，会给予进口商备案银行信息，之后才可以正常的交易转款；
