2019阿尔及利亚自由销售市场证明官方格式

2018年1月1日期，按照阿尔及利亚官方要求，出口阿尔及利亚需要提供阿尔及利亚自由销售市场证明文件；针对这个政策，我司与阿尔及利亚领事馆确认；
有企业第一栏留空国外是接受的，因为涉及的银行不同，可能就会遇到不同的情况；
按照北京总会的指导意见，如果保留原有格式，第一栏是不能显示贸促机构名称，右下角也不会盖章
在中国，如果是贸促机构出的证明，直接盖章的均可以判定是假证。阿方这一文件要求不仅对中国，还有其他国家，每个国家主管部门的认证方式不同，有的国家可以直接用自己的抬头盖章签证，有些国家不能，例如我们贸促机构，证明书是唯一对外认证方式。而阿方本身这个文件只是一个推荐格式，出口企业可以根据自己国家主管部门出证方式做相应调整，只要声明内容信息完整即可。

阿方政府要求的原始文件并没有见过，多是企业拿来的样板咨询 常见的比较合理的就是我前面发的那个空白格式的
